Tentang ABC
ABC kepanjangan dari "Ayo Bikers Community" ini berdiri sejak tanggal 26 juli 2007 di depok yang kini telah hampir berumur 3 tahun sejak berdiri. anggotanya sampai saat ini kurang lebih 40 anggota, yang telah melakukan ke berbagai kota. paling jauh melakukan touring ke BALI, perjalanan paling jauh yang telah di jalanin. setiap minggu k1 dan k2 malam minggu pergi ke kopdar di jalan margonda.

TENTANG 99
tempat dimana sekarang saya sekolah. lokasi sma 99 tepatnya berada di jalan cibubur 2, dekat kelurahan cibubur namun harus menempuh perjalanan yang cukup di bilang jauh, dari tahun- ke tahun 99 memiliki beberapa prestasi dari beberapa bidang, telah banyak piala dan penghargaan yang telah terpampang di lemari kaca piala. dari beberapa eskul dan kegiatan lainnya. salah satu esku yang paling menonjol adalah paskibra, eskul ini telah meraih bebrapa piala , eskul ini sangat di banggakan oleh kepala sekolah di sma 99, namun eskul yang lainnya tak kalah juga meraih beberapa prestasi seperti sepak bola yang akhir- akhir ini telah meraih juara 1. pembangunan di sama 99 juga telah mengalami perubhan dengan di tambahkannya fasilitas hot spot yang memudahkan para murid untuk belajar dan mencari informasi,

SCIENCE
Tissue culture or tissue culture is a maintenance technique or part of the individual networks in artificial (artificial). The definition of artificial is done outside the individual. Therefore, this technique is often called the culture in vitro, as opposed to in vivo. Told in vitro (Latin, meaning "in glass") because the tissue cultured in the incubation tube or Petri dish of glass or other opaque material. Tissue culture can theoretically be done for all networks, both from plants and animals (including humans), but each network requires a specific media composition.
Implementation of these techniques require many prerequisites for supporting life of the cultured tissue. The most essential is a container and a sterile growing medium. Media is a place for networks to grow and take the nutrients that support life on the network. The growth medium provides a variety of materials necessary for living tissue and reproduce themselves.
There are two classification of growth media: the media in solid and liquid media. Solid media is generally a solid gel, such as agar. Nutrition mixed on agar. Liquid media, nutrients are dissolved in water. Liquid media can be either calm or in a state of constant motion, depending on needs.
Theoretical basis of in vitro culture is this Totipotensi.Teori believe that every part of the plant can grow .because all parts of the plant consists of a network - a network of life.
Is the technique of tissue culture propagation of plants by way of isolating the parts of plants such as leaves, buds, and grow the parts made aseptically in media-rich nutrients and growth regulators in closed containers translucent so that the plants can reproduce themselves and generations to become complete plants. The main principle is the propagation of plants using vegetative parts of plants, using artificial media was conducted in a sterile place. Tissue culture techniques at this time has developed into plant breeding techniques are very important in various plant species.
B. BASIC PRINCIPLES OF CULTURE NETWORKS

a. Cells of a multicellular organism wherever located, are virtually identical to cells derived from a single zygote because these cells (Every cell comes from a single cell).
b. Theory Totipotensi Cell (Total Genetic Potential), meaning that every cell has the genetic potential of such zygotes are able to reproduce themselves and berediferensiasi into complete plants. This theory believes that every part of the plant can grow biak.karena all parts of the plant consists of a network - a network of life.

Komodo Island is an island located in the Nusa Tenggara Islands. Komodo Island is known as a habitat for animals native Komodo dragon. This island is also the Komodo National Park which is managed by the Central Government. Komodo Island to the west of Sumbawa Island, separated by Sape Strait.
Administratively, these islands including Komodo district, West Manggarai regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. Komodo Island is the most western tip of Nusa Tenggara Timur province, bordering the province of West Nusa Tenggara.
Komodo Island, Komodo dragons animals live and breed well. Until August 2009, on this island there are about 1300 male Komodo dragon. Coupled with other islands such as Pulau Rinca and Gili Motang and number of their overall reach approximately 2500 individuals. There are also around 100 dragons tail Wae Wuul Nature Reserve on the mainland island of Flores but was not included in the Komodo National Park.
Besides dragons, this island also store a variety of exotic flora Sepang wood by local people used as medicine and dye clothes, this nitak tree or sterculia oblongata in believe are useful as medicines and seeds and crispy and tasty as the peas

In 1910 the Dutch named the island on the south side of East Nusa Tenggara Province is nicknamed the Island of Komodo. This story begins with Lieutenant Steyn van Hens Broek who tries to prove statements about the presence of Dutch troops large animal resembling a dragon on the island. Steyn then killed a Komodo dragon and bring documentation to the Museum and Botanical Garden in Bogor to be investigated.
In 2009, the Park has been named finalist in the "New Seven Wonders of Nature" which was published in the year 2010 new through online voting at www.N7W.com
